There is just nothing better than getting a burger. The moment you open the wrapping and see and smell the wonderful creation. The anticipation to consume the sensational tasty meal.

Salads and low-fat meals are completely unacceptable food items. The only way lettuce and tomatoes should be consumed, should be on a hamburger.

Burger Doctor’s mission is to hunt down the ultimate burger. The good thing about this is that the hunt is indefinite. Burger Doctor will only allow reviews of burgers and fries. Fries are a natural addition to any meal. A burger must have a bun and one or several patties. Wrapping a patty in lettuce and calling it a burger should be a criminal offense and will not be tolerated at Burger Doctor. Reviews of vegetarian burgers are allowed but discouraged, since they have nothing to do with burgers in the Doctor’s opinion.

Burger Doctor works with a collection of hardcore burger hunters. A burger hunter is a relentless searcher of the ultimate hamburger. When visiting new neighborhoods the hunter is scanning streets for burger joints (or prey).

We call the quest for the ultimate hamburger for “Burger Hunt”. The great thing about this hunt is that is indefinite. At no point should anyone give up the hunt. The hunt must continue.

The Burger Doctor team is headed by the Burger Doctor, that has a PhD (Professional hamburger Doctor) in Burgerology. Burgerology is the Science of Burgers and the Burger Doctor has a very scientific approach to any evaluation and to help him he has several assistants and burger joint spotters. There are several levels of burger hunters and our reviewers can qualify for different levels:

Freshman (no reviews): You are only eating hamburgers at popular fast food chains. Get ready for some real burger action.

Junior Hunter (less than 10 reviews): You have started the search for the ultimate hamburger. You dare trying other places than the more secure joints like McD and BK. You are still not highly trained and will make mistakes, like forgetting bacon or cheese or ordering medium fries.

Senior Hunter (less than 25 reviews): You are a burger expert by now. You order the super size options without thinking about it. You never forget to include all options and can often sense the eating experience before the first bite.

Master Burgerologist (25 reviews or more): The highest level any human can get to.

Doctor Burgerologist: There can only be one Burger Doctor. He rules the burger world. He can sniff out a good burger joint 10 miles away. He can evaluate a hamburger by its picture alone. He can name all ingredients in the hamburger before it is unwrapped. He is supernatural.
