This place is hardly a burger place since they serve all kinds of fast food like wings, salads etc, but they got some good ratings for their burgers, so I was going to try them out.

This was a takeout place that had 8 tables for patrons that didn’t want food to go. They only had a burger and a cheeseburger (1/3 lbs) on the menu so the choice was pretty easy. I went for a cheese burger combo and the price was $6.50 with tax! Not a whole lot.

As I was taking pictures I noticed that they prepared the hamburgers and they used fresh meat for them. Considering the price that was a little bit surprising.

The wait was probably 10 minutes; not impressive since they were not busy at all. The burger came in styrofoam trays as if I wanted to take them to go.

The burger looked okay but not impressive. It was a straight up burger with lettuce, tomato, pickles and mustard. The burgers was at best an average burger. I can’t really say there was anything wrong with it. It was just boring and they didn’t bother to season the burger. The meat was cooked well-done, the greens were okay fresh but nothing made this burger pop.

The fries were boring and tasteless and they even seasoned them with their “seasoned salt” but it didn’t make any difference. They were below average but eatable.

A&D burger is not a great place for burgers. I doubt they are a great place for any of their food. The food is not bad but It’s all very boring and predictable.
