This is an upscale hamburger place that also has a full bar. The interior is tastefully designed and decorated and you just know they will charge a little more for their burgers. There is an outdoor patio, where you can sit also.

This is in the middle of the lunch hour at 11:30 and we are the only ones here. I hope this doesn’t mean something bad.

You walk up to the counter and order. The nice lady asked how we would like our burgers cooked. It is always a good sign that you can have your burger cooked to order.

Since all burgers are one size only, I ordered the Blue Burger with bacon, avocado, baby greens, tomato, blue cheese crumbles and dressing. Baby greens? What the heck is that all about? I guess it IS upscale.

They gave us a number to display at your table so the busboy can bring the burgers once they are ready. One thing I like very much is that you get a real glass for your drinks. They also have real knifes and forks, not the cheap plastic stuff you get at other places, but I am wondering why you need a knife and fork in the first place. This is hamburgers we are talking about, no need for utensils.

The burgers arrived in 7-8 minutes and were served on a real plate, which was nice.

The bun was firm and the burger looked really good. I prefer buns with less taste, because the burger is the star, not the bun. The meat was cooked to medium as ordered and tasted really good. The burger is juicy and delicious. The blue cheese is very subtle, at least too subtle for my taste.

The fries were also very good. They were shoestring fries and were salted just right.  You can get your own ketchup bottle by the drink station, but I had one major issue with the ketchup and that was that they refill their bottles. You can tell, because the bottle was full like a new bottle, but it had dried up ketchup around the bottleneck. This is the only disappointment for this meal.

During our meal only 2-3 more came in, so it was not busy at all and this was on a Friday! All in all a good burger place. I hope they get more patrons because the place is worth visiting.
