Cotton Patch Cafe is a chain restaurant in Texas and they feature a full menu and bar. They have quite a few burgers, all made with fresh and never frozen beef.

This place was located in the brand new mall in Allen, off Stacy Rd. It was completely empty when we came in at 11:20 am. Their burger menu looked very good and I settled for a Hot Blue Cheese Burger. My friend got the Double Cheese Burger.

The wait was around 10 minutes and the burgers looked pretty good. My blue cheese burger had jalapenos on it and a thick blue cheese sauce. The blue cheese had a good taste and was not bland like it is most other places. The jalapenos were not very hot even though there were many on my burger. The meat was very tasty and the overall burger was above average.

The fries were cooked from frozen, but was fried super crispy and seasoned well with both salt and pepper. I would say that these fries were the best bagged fries I have had for a long time. They were excellent. Only hand cut fries, cooked the right way would be better than these.

The burgers and fries at Cotton Patch Cafe are worth a visit. I would order a burger from this place again.
