This place looks like a hole in the wall from the outside, but is surprisingly large once you get in.

You order when you get in. The order can be customized as much as you want and there are many options for additional stuff to put on the burger. The minute you have place the order, they start making the burger. They pull the fresh meat out of the fridge and form the burger right there in front of you. It is very impressive and you can tell everything is freshly made. I ordered JC’s ½ lbs. hamburger. They have a double/double (1 lbs.) and a triple/triple (1.5 lbs.). I gotta get the Triple one time. I ordered fries with the burger of course.

You get your own drink etc and find a spot to sit. It took maybe 15 minutes before the burgers were ready. They will bring the burger to your table. The burger is definitely above average and comes in “All the way” version. That includes mayo, mustard, red onion, pickle, tomato and lettuce. I also had cheese and bacon on mine. Unfortunately you can’t get the burger cooked to order so it is medium-well done and that is a little on the dry side for my taste, but it is a tasty burger. If JC’s would cook to order I think this burger could get a notch up on the grade. The fries are very good and come with ketchup on the side.

I recommend JC’s and will be back soon again.

UPDATE 5/5/2011:
I have visited several times since the original visit in 2010 and they have added hand cut fries to their menu. They are really good! The burgers are just very solid and great quality. The place is always busy, so come early or expect to wait a while. Everything is fresh and hot. You must try it.
