If you want one of the best burgers in the nation… go to Kincaid’s.  If you live within 3 hours of there… go to Kincaid’s.  If you are hungry… go to Kincaid’s!

I am not joking about one of the best burgers in the nation.  In fact, it was voted THE BEST BURGER IN THE NATION, I believe in 1995… but in 2009, Texas Monthly voted it the best burger in the State of Texas.  So with a pedigree like that, you cannot go wrong.

I am very close to giving this burger a 10, but then I know that will be the end of the search… so I will give it a 9.9.  That’s right, 9.9!  I have not had a better burger ever in my life.  I have had Kincaid’s many many times before and it is amazing every single time!  I have never been disapointed.  They ground their meat fresh every day, and it tastes just so damn good!  I got the Bacon Cheeseburger, although I did not get the salad on top (minus lettuce and tomato).  It is mouthwatering, you can see grease, but it is not a “greasy burger”.

Fries, amazing fries!  Crisp, not too salty, great texture (ribbed fries), just plain amazing!

One complaint:  they used to have the green tabasco sauce out for everyone to use, but it is no longer there… I liked to mix it with my ketchup and dip my fries in it, but oh well!

Did I mention, GO EAT KINCAID’S!!!!!!!
