Liberty burger recently opened their new restaurant in Addison, Texas and I was going to try out their burger. Liberty Burger is family-owned and Texas-grown and prides themselves with use of local and sustainable resources for their food and restaurant.

Liberty Burger uses a unique blend of never-frozen tenderloin, chuck and brisket. This special blend adds an unmatched tenderness.

They carried a large selection of burgers including vegetarian, tuna, chicken, turkey, lamb, and bison burgers. I ended up choosing their Liberty burger that is a plain burger with cheese and bacon. I also selected to add sweet potato fries to the meal. I asked for my burger to be pink.

I noticed that they made their own ketchup and mustard and also knowing they make their own fries I knew I was in for treat.

The burger came out and it was beautiful. The fries looked awesome.

The burger was very tender and the meat was really beefy and juicy. My burger was not medium rare, but it was so good! I tried the mustard on the burger and the mustard was tangy and with horseradish. Very impressive to have your own mustard and ketchup.

The sweet potato fries were delicious! I said that Square Burger in McKinney has the best fries I have tasted but these were equally good. They were sweet but not too sweet and had just enough added cinnamon that made them over the top.

Liberty burger is definitely one of the best burgers I have tasted and their fries were absolutely fantastic. There are so many burger joints out there claiming to have the best burger, but Liberty burger has my stamp of approval to claim that right here in the DFW metroplex. I don’t hand out a 10 rating to anyone, but this will be the closest to a 10 I have ever given.

I will be back to try their burgers again!
