Raom Artisan Burgers is all about sustainability and organic food. The burger menu has several options for the patty. You can get beef, chicken, turkey, veggie, bison and today also elk. There are some set burgers and you can build your own.
I selected to get a predefined version and went for the classic beef burger with white cheddar cheese. The drinks they have are all exotic organic soft drinks, so I just went for the water. I also got a side of fries. The restaurant also feature a full bar as you can see in my images.
I was never asked how I wanted my burger cooked, but when I got it, it was pretty perfect as a medium rare, so I was happy. The burger was really good. The pickles were either homemade or just truly awesome. ALl ingredients were fresh and crisp and the beef patty was also really good. It was moist and juicy and had a lovely beefy flavor. My only objection was that the patty was small, maybe 1/3 lbs or even 1/4 lbs. Not the 1/2 lbs patty I am used to, but this is California, where everything is a little smaller. So if you are really hungry, you need to order a double of this burger. It would probably also improve the overall taste adding another patty to the burger.
The fries were really good also. Very crisp and firm and golden brown. I am not sure if they were homemade, but I think they were not. The ketchup was, of course, also organic.
All in all a great burger with a smaller carbon footprint if that’s important to you.
