This place is primarily a wing restaurant but the “more” indicates that they also have a few burgers on their menu.

We arrived around 11 AM and for a new restaurant it was pretty busy. They had a lot of wing combinations with plenty of different sauces to be tossed in. I was ordering their burgers today, but next time I will try their wings.
I went for a bacon bleu burger with fries and a drink. The place had a few TV’s and they were all showing ESPN. There were probably 15 tables and that was pretty much it. Very simple but efficient.
The service was very good. The owner was behind the counter and the order went very smoothly.
The wait was a little longer than expected. Maybe they had to look up the recipe for the burger? After all this is a wing place.
Well, the burger arrived and it was looking mighty good. The blue cheese was the usual blue cheese you get at many burger restaurants; not very pungent. It was alright. The meat was cooked well and the overall taste of the burger was above average but nothing to write home about. The fries were crisp and seasoned well.

I tried their wings today and they were awesome. I had the boneless ones and they were soft, warm and super tasty. I tried the second level buffalo sauce and it was not too hot for me. I will try level 3 next time.

I was contacted by the owner, that they have worked on improving the burgers, so I visited the restaurant one more time today. The main difference in the burgers was, that they now made the patties themselves from Angus Beef and they increased the size a little bit. Also, they now ask how you want the burger cooked. That sounded like some good improvements. The meat is always the most important piece of a burger and improving that part can only result in a better burger.

I ordered a Bacon Cheese burger and asked for it medium rare. The owner was puzzled that I would order it that rare, but I explained that most of the time I get it medium anyway. Well, not this time. I got my burger made medium rare and it was much improved. The meat had definitely a much more beefy taste. It was super tender and melted in my mouth. I think that ordering it medium rare was a good choice. If you plan to order it medium or above, you might not get it so tender as I did. The bacon was very good with a great smokey taste. The burger was super juicy! I suspected a 80-20% ratio of the ground Angus meat. The fries were the same fries as last time and I still liked the seasoning. Being non handcut fries, these fries are excellent.

All in all a great improvement that moved Sauced closer to the top. So if you are looking for a good burger, this wing place actually has one.
