If you like a spicy (but not too spicy) burger this South Western Burger is a delicious choice. It features fresh guacamole and pico de gallo and the sauce is a chipotle mayo.
The burger is super easy to make. Just follow the steps below.
Makes 4 burgers
Ingredients
2 lbs of ground Angus beef chuck
4 slices of American cheese
1 cup of Pico de Gallo
1 cup of guacamole
1/2 cup chipotle mayo
Baby spring mix lettuce
4 Brioche buns
Instructions
- Shape 4 patties 1/2 lbs each
- In a cast iron skillet cook the burgers over medium high heat 3-4 minutes on each side. When you flip the burgers place a slice of cheese on top
- Heat buns in oven or toaster
- Place mayo on bottom bun, add lettuce, burger with cheese and pico
- Smear guacamole on top bun
- Serve immediately
