This is a Texas steakhouse and know for large steaks of beef. I was not having any steaks, just the burger.

I ordered the Steak Burger with cheddar and bacon. Along side with crispy shoestring fries. As with any decent steakhouse I was asked how the burger should be cooked. I asked for medium rare.

The wait was a little long, maybe 15 minutes. The burger came out and the nice grilled smell from the burger was very potent. They always manage to grill the burgers at steakhouses so they get this nice smell. The burger was medium rare. Steakhouses usually nail the cooking of burgers to order and this was no exception. It was a nice juicy burger with a great charred grilled taste. The bacon was dull. I even tried a piece without anything else and I had a tough time tasting any bacon in the piece. The burger was overall very good.

The shoestring fries were super crisp as advertised and obviously cooked from frozen, but they were actually pretty good.

Overall a successful burger that I can recommend.
