This place is what I would call a high-end burger place. You can tell the minute you walk in the door. The place is brand new with high-end furniture, a full bar and lots of sitting space. It has high tables and chairs but also normal dining tables for traditional dining.

This place was very empty for a Friday in the middle of lunch, but since it was so new I can imagine it takes a little time to get customers to come. Also, they may have a larger crowd at night due to the extensive and very impressive full bar.

Their menu is mostly burgers. I selected a Bacon and Jalapeno burger and my friend ordered a Texas BBQ burger. We both ordered it medium. Both with fries. The wait was very short, maybe 5 minutes or so. Due to the lack of activity in the restaurant I expected this also.

The burgers came on nice large real plates and the fries in a basket. The burger was nicely placed in the middle of the plate with the top bun off, so you could review it beauty. This is the burger equivalent to a suit and tie, where other burger places serve burgers equivalent to t-shirt and shorts. Nothing disturbed the eye. This burger was a piece of art. Simple, but beautiful. This is all good, but the taste is more important.

The burger was very good. The simplicity didn’t ruin anything. It was a very clean tasting burger. The meat was cooked as ordered and was very tasty. You could tell it was grilled on a quality grill and the meat was fresh. I was almost not able to find the bacon, but it was still able to taste it. A little weird. The jalapenos was not the hottest. From the picture it looks like a lot of jalapanos but it was actually not as hot as it looks.

The fries very crispy and just like I like them. I am pretty sure they cook these from frozen and there is nothing wrong with that. McDonald’s that make some of the best fries anywhere makes theirs from frozen, so why not? It’s the taste that matters in the end.

The price for a burger, fries and drink is around $15.00 with tips. Not a cheap place, but if you are looking for a clean and well tasting burger The Main Burger Bar is definitely a place you want to visit. Come here at night and have a drink too.
